Yeah...I was a bit vague. OK, I want an ocktorok's projectile to be the same strength as the default Lv. 1 sword, and the Moblin's spear/arrow thing to be as strong as the default Lv. 4 sword. Is that possible?
And any idea what's with the counter, or is that something else entirely?

Oh, yeah that's possible.
Currently they deal half as much damage as the eweapons deal to Link, according to Gleeok.
That sounds like something else completely to me.
