As someone who gets stressed easily, I just try to rationalize the situation or ask for advice. Sometimes I do use stress as motivation however and that in itself fights stress for me.

Oh, the sound of rain and sleep also help.

Living healthy. Enough sleep, healthy food, sport, relationships. And do things as early as possible. Quiet annoying tips, aren't they.

I've got a bit of an "advantage" as far as stress goes. I'm absolutely abysmal at planning ahead, so if there's an event or something coming up that would normally be incredibly stressful, as long as it's more than a day ahead, it's completely out of mind.

I've had enough things that I know I should have been stressing that completely never came to mind beforehand, that I can appreciate not planning or thinking ahead. As long as I can take care of "current" things well enough, usually the more stressful things end up being less of a big deal. If it's something that I won't have any power over regardless, I don't worry too much about it because of two things. One: nothing I do will have any effect with it, so why bother. Two: If it's a short-term issue, it'll be over with eventually. If it's a long-term issue, I'll probably get used to it after a bit of time.

So far, it works fine for things like college finals, doctor/dental visits, etc. Some of the bigger things aren't that big of a deal as far as daily stress goes, such as at one point when my family thought that my sister and I might have to end up being legal guardian to my younger siblings. (Long story with very specific coincidental circumstances. We thought my mother might get arrested for something she had no control over.) There's only been one thing in my life that I actually broke down from stress, and that was a personal medical issue that I'd rather not go into detail with.

I let stress consume me until it eventually goes away. When I try to think myself out of an extremely stressful state of mind, I often become frustrated that I'm not getting rid of it as effectively as I'd like to. In other words, just let time pass. Life goes on.

Oh and, exercise helps too (and alcohol but don't listen to me)

I smoke, but that's a bad habit I suppose and all other suggestions seem much healthier.  ;)

Another thing I do when I'm stressed is I take some time for myself and do something relaxing. Of course talking about problems I have with others is sometimes soothing too, except when the person tries to force solutions on you.

I usually take a long stick and swing it like crazy outside.  Working on making music is a good stress relief for me as well.

I listen to music, go for walks/ bike rides, season permitting, and talk to my friends or folks about it. I'm also a fairly anxious person, and don't like dealing with overly stressful, or confrontational situations, so for me, I find sometimes it's best not to worry until you have to. This applies more to social situations. You should never blow off bills, or other important commitments. :)

I myself get stressed a lot these days, so I watch videos on YouTube like this one (https://youtu.be/dBU-jBINLIE) to keep me stable. You see, my wheel barrel broke last Tuesday, thus it is very difficult to stack the rest of my wood these days.

I'm on meds for my depression & temper issues.  I go to therapy sessions once a month too.  I'm generally not a very healthy person either so that also adds to the stress.  ;-;

That true, i never was a very healthy person too, actually I'm doing medical tests in these days.

I don't know if the stress worsened my health or if it was a symptom, in the sense that maybein july ( when i open this ) i felt more susceptible to daily problems 'cause the  health was already deteriorating

Stop caring about the little irrelevant stuff and you'll find it far easier to relax. Except you need to remember what is important and focus on that. Once the important stuff is dealt with, relaxation comes more easily, at least in my experience.
