So today there was a kid in my 3rd period class searching up some heavy guns, and attempted to order one but couldn't. I'm really scared right now, there could be a school shooting in my school. If I snitch about this, I could be the first victim. I have a photo of proof of him searching up guns. I'm scared I don't know what to do. Someone give me some advice about this, y'all been here longer than me on earth. I'M JUST SCARED.

I recommend that you tell your parents, but tell them not to say that you told if they call the police/principal. However, I doubt that school staff would disclose your name.

What is the background of your fellow student? Hobbies, interests, social groups? What age is he?

Is he searching for photos, specs, sales forms?

It's sort of hard to guess any type of intent without that. He could be writing a report, or essay, for all anyone knows; or he could be trying to figure out a damage die for a Russian AK-47, or just about anything else.

I agree with both posts above. It's impossible, just from your post, to figure out what he wants to do exactly. But you ought to tell your parents just in case.

he's a mexican kid and grade 11 age 16. Dude wears dark grey hoodie all the time with pajamas 24/7. Hobbies: Assassians Creed. Dream: being a Assassian. He was looking at a heavy duty weapons. Tried to order one but failed. He looks like a guy who killed someone with his bare hands.

Though it is possible that he wants to shoot someone, I doubt it. I like Assassins Creed, and search up guns sometimes too. Not because I want to use it on someone, I just think they are interesting.

I run a meme page and I posted the picture of him searching up heavy guns in school. One kid in my school discovered my meme page and the picture. Everyone was talking about it in school, teachers find out. They found the kid. Expelled him.

4 things.

This kid might have been really serious about doing something with the gun, you can't change him being expelled now anyway and if you didn't tell anyone yet you should keep it to yourself, stay out of trouble.

I know it is common these days to just post other peoples pictures and don't respect privacy, but still, I find it horrible what you did. It is another thing if your teachers don't really care and it was your only way to search for help, but just imagine how you would feel if someone would post pictures of you to make you down. Like a picture where you ate chocolate and have your lips still slightly smeared with it and someone would post it with a text like "I saw this guy just eating shit, he has it still smeared all over his face" or similiar stuff to completly ruin your reputation. Frigthening, isn't it?

Having said this, it is not impossible that the kid was innocent. Again, it is not as you can change anything now, but expelling him doesn't make him proofed guilty. It could be that the panic created by the picture you made just made the teachers itchy and they expelled him as countermeasure, pressured to do so with him being expelled as collateral damage.

Also, it doesn't really matter here on the forum that he is mexican or his style of clothes. I know political corectness sucks at times and based on where you live the racial background and the dresscode can be a serious warning, prejudices often have a reason. But prejudices are a huge problem and hurt a lot of people. It would be something else if you had added a note like "and we have a huge proble around here with mexican criminals/gangs" or so, but you just mentioned him being a mexican with a hoodie, as if that would be enough to make him a likely criminal. You might think I am nitpicking and indeed I myself find it a bit unneeded from me, but on other sites your wording might have led to a huge shitstorm, resulting in a lot of hatred, and we all know that we don't need even more hatred in our society.

I'm guessing just looking at guns during school was enough to get him expelled. Otherwise I agree that there were issues with what happened.

lesson learned :

1 - don't look for guns when you are at school

2 - don't tell to anybody, even for joke, that you want a gun

3 - if you want do  the hero you must not repent, otherwise shut up and protect your butt

I wouldn't be too concerned unless the kids seems crazy or something. I been shooting guns since I was six years old and used to always read up on them and stuff when I was younger. I currently own 23 guns (including and AR-15 and AK-47) and I certainly have no intention of going on a shooting rampage.

Looking them up at school is not a smart thing to do but he just might simply have an interest in guns or perhaps he shoots with his family as a hobby. So unless you have a reason to suspect he's mentally ill or something I wouldn't make a huge deal about it. Perhaps you should ask him about it (without telling him you think he's going to shoot up the school) and act as if you have  genuine interest in firearms.
