So, I've been very excited since I recently bought Breath of the Wild. While I did know the game was going to take up some space, I didn't imagine it would be the entire internal storage! (I have the 8 GB set sadly). Can anybody assist me with the following...
My family and I prefer to buy physical copies of games, so we aren't much of downloading digital copies or anything like that. The reason I state that is because I'm not so sure of buying an external hard drive if we're not going to actually fill it up. What I did, was hookup an 8 GB MicroSD card with a USB adapter so it can be recognized as an external storage. Is there any problem with doing this? Like I said, we don't plan on actually downloading entire games; the USB storage would serve for DLC data, save data, etc.
Another thing. What about blackouts/power outages? Say, I'm happily playing BotW with the data allocated in the USB storage. If a blackout happens during my gameplay, would there be any loss of data?
Thanks for any advice guys.
