is there some kind of script that you can open a treasure chest with the "A" button
and if you open the treasure chest the item will appear above your head

For starters, ZQ 2.50 has treasure chest/locked/boss/copycat combo types, with which to make your chest. They are opened by pushing them from the south, require flag #10 and a special item room type, and change to the next combo in the list (preferably an open chest, walkable or not). As for opening with A, you will probably need a script, but if you are fine without, you can save a lot of trouble.

I don't think coding the Treasure Chest Combo from scratch isn't really necessary just to have that "press A to open" feature.
