If I could have the trading sequence script (I think it does exist)
and the question about a "real shot arrow" script have maded.

How about modifying an NPC script? there are many floating around the forums.

Or, you could use an unmodded NPC script, and just use those awesome String Control Codes that everyone seems to be forgetting about. I'm using that method for IoD, and it's working pretty well.

This is a little off topic, but, Beta Link, I was looking through those control codes and I noticed the numbers for each code followed a pattern (increasing, obviously...). are the missing numbers (18 & 19) unknown functions, or are they just not listed? I want to use these now that I know about them.

Sounds neat, Im gonna try and learn how to use them
(I didnt knowed about those control codes).
in the section other codes I could see 20X sound effects, that could make that when one talk with an NPC it says like "hello" or anything else?
one of those codes can make that when I talk with a NPC its changes one of the inventory item for other?

Yeah it's very useful.
The only downside about it is that link won't hold up the item or the item pickup SFX won't play.

But of course you can also have the SFX code along with the item code too
