Finished level 4, looking for level 5.

Use the Lyre you got in Level 4, it should warp you to an area you haven't been before.

Which maze room? You mean 2 screens north of the entrance? It's not there... behind the north western elephant.
 
Hmm... maybe a bug... Wasn't there the first time.... but its there now!

No bug, you had to kill the enemies first.

Where is the blue tunic?

 

I've just finished level 6 and the damage I'm taking is ridiculous!

 

Also, not sure where to go now... Can't make progress in the snow area without the lens...

You missed it all the way back in level 3. It's in the top-leftern most room, requires you to bomb a wall.

 

Level 7 is located back in the fortune heights area. Go higher than you did to get to level 4, and enter the fortune ruins area.

There's a room on level 5's map I can't figure out how to reach. I'd like to confirm whether or not this was intentional.

depends. What room are you trying to enter? do you have a screenshot?

To the right of the boss room, there should not be a room, or at least, not an accessible one.

It's on the map, though. Also, I just found the room right of the last room of level 4 marked as well. I'm assuming that's not there, either?

Finished the quest, but I'm missing one artifact. I got the ones from levels 2, 3, and 4. (Orb, Lantern and Hook)

I enjoyed playing this. Nice remake of Outlands.

First, I wanted to say that so far I enjoyed your quest.

 

However, I've been playing the previous version and it seems that I've unlocked the wrong door in level 5, so now I'm stuck.

And unfortunately, replacing the quest with the latest version does not undo the door unlocking.

 

Is there anything I can do now?

Yes: I am going to make it possible to get a key that previously required a Hookshot. Sit tight for a while and I'll update it soon.

It's fixed. download the new quest file and replace the old one. Youll keep your progress and be able to move on.
