Well I think I know why that happens. Probably becasue you did not check "record audi from microphone or speakers" on the tools box.

Yes I did. The problem is that CamStudio doesn't recognize my speakers, probably because they're built-in to my laptop.

For me the sound works fine... It's just that when I playback the video, it's skipping frames like crazy (not recording them fast enough, to be specific.) I've messed with the options quite a bit, but I can't manage to find a setting that works well. I'll keep trying later, but I would apprieciate some help.

EDIT: Ok, I got it to work... sort of. The frame rate is steady at around ten frames per second (it used to be like three frames per second.)

EDIT2: I created an account on YouTube and uploaded the video. Click here to view it. It's a minute and a half of the fifth floor of my quest, ToTheTop. It shows the spinny things from Ages/Seasons amongst a few other things. I think I still need ways to improve the quality of the video, though.

Concerning speed runs...

A. Would it be a good idea to start a new topic for a speed run you plan on following through with, especially longer ones?
B. Where would such a topic go (Custom Quest Discussion, General ZC Discussion, etc.)?
C. Should you get permission from the quest dissigner to run their quest (as to not spoil the ending if they don't want you to, or something along those lines)?
D. Is there anyone here who would even bother speed running quests?

I wouldn't watch a speed run.. maybe to get help if I'm stuck in that ceratin quest.... And this topic isn't for speedruns, so... You would have to submit it in another topic. Now, I just want to fix link tiles and I can submit a video!

It's okay for this time, but next time, post a vid from your OWN quest(s)..
Thanks... Think of this thread as a counterpart to the screenshots thread!

So far only three videos are posted in this thread. I don't think it's quite ready to be pinned.
