In the last video we were finally introduced to the Fallen Spirit Tartaros, a famous Super Boss from Isle of Rebirth returning to this quest to lead the major role as the game's main antagonist. Just like many of Evan's bosses, he's super tough. What do you guys think of this battle so far? Do you think I'll beat him? Or will I rage quit?

Moosh64: And then all the monsters in IoR are actually the original people and all the people are shells that gained sapience and I'm onto your shit Evan! (11:30)

Evan20000: Do you think I'd go nier that kind of plot with a 20 foot pole, Moosh? (12:14)

 

Sasic continues his fight with the fallen spirit Tartaros. Despite his newfound powers, Sasic obtains a little extra assistance from the 4th orb, an orb his brother left behind. Now with the power of the guardians and a nearly complete roster of abilities and power ups Sasic is able to defeat Tartaros for good.

 

Tartaros explains that defeating him however won't undo the damage Sasic has created to the world all for the sake of saving his sister. The sun has fallen and the world will eventually be consumed by Miasma. 

 

Tartaros explodes and appears to be dead, but as Sasic reflects on the situation and the growing miasma, he feels Tartaros must still be alive somewhere. Sasic vows to spend the rest of his days hunting down and finishing off Tartaros for good.

After finding the Grey Orb (which oddly at first gave me a streak of bad luck), the battle between Tartaros and Sasic reached a much fairer ground. I still think that one feather located in the room west from the entrance was rather cryptic. The only clue of it being there was if the player could intuitively tell that the dungeon had the last 4 remaining feathers, which the level design did suggest in a small way, but still cryptic in my opinion.

 

All that remains is a single enemy and he's said to be the most difficult of them all. Who's excited to see the upcoming video where I will face the ultimate challenge? Please share your thoughts down below!

Up next I'll be taking on Frogger-X, a mysterious enemy that appears in Miasma Keep who plays the role as this quest's super boss. After everything so far, it makes me wonder, what exactly does this quest define as a "super boss"... I feel like I'm in for a rough time.

I can tell the impact they have been doing to my content as I feel I've been accomplishing nothing but annoying my fans by brown nosing the new rules. Sasic brings all the elements to the mysterious meditating frog, assuming that this is what he's been waiting for. The frog is revealed to be Frogger-X and he attacks Sasic without question. 

 

Sasic is now in for the battle of his life.

For the time being, I'm going to mark this series as complete. I will be returning to this to do the game on Swindle mode, but I feel it's too soon for people to have any invested interest in watching me play this again right now, and I'm just not ready for Swindle yet. Thanks to everybody who's enjoyed watching this series.
