Enemies, definitely!

My opinion, anyway.

What bums you out about people sharing the same ideas for a quest as you? Oh and I believe Cukeman is using the classic tileset.
...Y'know, to tell the truth, the biggest reason I'm bummed about it is because I keep having to listen to people saying "I think someone else is already doing this!"
Well, there is one other hindrance: I want my quest to be different, and if we're both remaking the same game, there's a chance we'll do a few things similarly, entirely by coincidence. We can always talk and make sure we aren't retreading each other's steps, of course, but it is still a little bit of a bother.

Enemies it is I'll show off Arulowder, Daira, Doomknocker, and Doomraddle and also show off one of the bosses. Not sure which yet though.
Another Question: Out of the 6 palace guardians which one would you like me to show off. Note It won't be the actual graphics I used. So if looks wierd you know why.

No, in Zelda 2 the dragon was called Barba. Trust me, I researched this when I drew graphics for a Volvagia/Barba boss. Volvagia is obviously inspired by Barba, but they carry different names.
Also, I believe Volvagia in OoT is female.

No like, Barba is a mistranslation of Barubaija, the Japanese spelling of Volvagia, Barba was even changed to the correct name in re-releases.

Grrr, dangit. That really is reaching new lows for mistranslation. I swear, Zelda names barely resemble their Japanese counterparts. And so much for consistency.
Okay, Volvagia it is, then. Ahem.
VOLVAGIA.
VOLVAGIA. VOLVAGIA. VOLVAGIA. VOLVAGIA. VOLVAGIA.
...Dangit. That's a lot harder to shout.

s***, I forgot that part.
I say we go with calling him barba... Because it sounds cooler.
Personally, I actually prefer Volvagia. I just used the name "Barba" for one of my custom boss dragons for a long time because I thought it was a slightly different boss. But it's up to you.
